As part of our commitment to socioeconomic inclusion and the promotion of sustainable livelihoods, our Social Management team recently received a methodological transfer from Pro Mujer, an organization specializing in supporting women entrepreneurs in Latin America. This training is part of a joint effort to strengthen programs that promote entrepreneurship in our areas of influence.

Pro Mujer is a social enterprise that has been working for 35 years to help women reach their full potential, improve their living conditions, and become agents of change for their communities.

With this training, Fundación HAME is preparing to implement more effective and local support processes that will generate a positive and lasting impact in the communities we work with.

We thank Pro Mujer for this valuable partnership, which will allow us to continue building real development opportunities in our territories, investing in the talent and initiative of people as drivers of change.
