At Fundación HAME, we work hand in hand with Guatemalan communities to empower them to take control of their own development. Therefore, we strengthen technical capacities and support productive initiatives in San José la Máquina, Suchitepéquez.

We delivered feed concentrate to the 15 participants in the breeding of chompipollo's project so they can successfully complete the fattening phase and advance in this activity with great commercial potential in the region. In addition, we provided work uniforms to the 16 young people currently enrolled in the certified welding program, which includes 400 hours of technical training. This provision will allow them to continue their training with appropriate safety and presentation conditions for future job placement.
