The participants of our basic cooking, baking, and international cuisine courses in Nueva Concepción, Escuintla, held a product tasting in the city's central park to showcase their culinary skills, creativity, and dedication.

The tasting was part of "Guate is your land, stay!" project, which promotes strengthening technical skills of women and young people so they can access to better opportunities.

This activity was carried out thanks to the joint efforts of Fundación HAME, INTECAP, and the Municipality of Nueva Concepción, with the valuable support of Father José Luis Paiz. Through this experience, the students demonstrated the quality of their work and strengthened their confidence to undertake their own projects within the community.
