Thanks to the partnership between INTECAP and Fundación HAME, 25 women from Coatepeque successfully completed their pastry training, taking a firm step toward their dreams and economic independence.

This achievement represents much more than the awarding of a diploma: it reflects the effort, perseverance, and desire for self-improvement of women who now have new tools to start businesses and invest in their future.

“We are very proud to see how our centers are becoming spaces for learning and growth for the communities. We thank INTECAP for bringing technical training to rural areas and opening opportunities for the inclusion of women,” said Cynthia Loría, Executive Director of Fundación HAME.
