In 2025, we grew prosperity alongside Oportuguate, a platform led by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare with the support of the International Organization for Migration, aimed at facilitating the labor market integration of returning migrants.

Oportuguate connects the experience, skills, and talent of those returning to the country with real opportunities in the business sector, and our alliance strengthens the bridge between Grupo HAME companies and returning migrants.

Collaboration between the government, the private sector, civil society, and international organizations allows us to combine capabilities, share responsibilities, and generate sustainable impact, because together we are stronger.

At Fundación HAME, we continue working on strategic partnerships as a tool to promote inclusion, dignity, and formal employment for those returning to the country in search of new opportunities.
