At Fundación HAME, creating opportunities also means supporting people in developing the confidence, leadership, and skills necessary to build the future they want. That's why we are pleased to work in coordination with Grupo HAME on "Mujeres HAME" program through a workshop named "Women Paving the Way", led by our Executive Director, Cynthia Loría.

The workshop was given to female employees of Grupo HAME who are preparing to take on jobs traditionally held by men, such as tractor drivers, mechanics, and baling supervisors. We prepared them to be leaders, empowering them and building their self-confidence, providing them with tools to strengthen skills that will benefit them in both their personal and professional lives.

We are so proud to support them in this stage of professional growth and we're also happy to contribute to more women strengthening their autonomy and finding new opportunities to continue developing their potential.
