In partnership with the Human Development area of ​​Grupo HAME, we are delighted to launch "Crecemos juntos" (“Growing Together”), a program that will open new doors to training and growth for the families of our employees.

Through this initiative, we will provide training scholarships aimed at strengthening skills, expanding knowledge, and generating new development opportunities for those seeking to build a better future for their families. This program also has the support of Intecap, the institution that will lead the training and development processes in this first cycle in Ayutla, San Marcos.

Participants will have access to courses such as computer skills, electricity, gastronomy, sewing, and mechanics, skills that will contribute to increasing their income and improving their quality of life.
